An electronic full-text collection of decisions handed down by the eleven Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. This site serves as a full-text archive for decisions handed down in the Federal Circuit Courts back to 1994. Current decisions are encoded and added within 24 hours of their public release. Provides access to the sites for each of the federal circuit courts' and the Supreme Court's published opinions. Includes multi-colored map with each of the courts geographical areas colored differently and numbered.Presents the U.S. Federal Courts finder, sponsored by the Department of Information Technology Systems (ITS) in the School of Law at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Features an interactive map of the United States. Provides information on the structure of each federal court, including the Supreme and District courts. Notes recent decisions made by each body. Includes a keyword search tool for searching the database of decisions and pending cases. Links to the Emory School of Law home page. |
